Description of Work: Replaced fascia, sophets, and repaired gutter system. Also removed squirrel infestation. | |This contractor is great to use. He was very courteous and understanding. As it turned out, the day he was supposed to come and do the work, my girlfriend went into labor. He did the work regardless, giving me regular check-ups on the progress. Knowing that I was tied up, he even did not expect prompt payment (although I sent it to him as soon as I could).

Nothing can be reported here because he did not proceed with any work after coming to the church to look over the job. He never submitted any bid or reason for not doing so. He essentially ignored us.
Description of Work: Our church asked Mr. Benjamin for a quote on a new roof. After two phone calls he finally came and examined the roof and gave us some very good ideas on how to proceed. He was recommended by a parishioner. After the initial visit, he never contacted us again and never gave a bid or reason for not doing so. I find this behavior to be immature and indifferent, and I would not recommend him to anyone.

I had them check the old wood, and fix some of the roofing boards, they shingled and rolled on an ice and water guard.
