USA Roof Masters

USA roofmasters took a $1400 deposit to replace two skylights. After no updates I contacted them multiple times with no follow up from them. I then reached out to the CEO who replied back that he was looking into it. I was subsequently ghosted. I made a complaint to the BBB and have yet heard nothing back. I?m now out $1400 and still have a leaky skylight.

We found USA Roof Masters on a well-known home improvement site. The company's crew under site supervisor Al did a professional job of installing a new roof, gutters/downspouts and fascia repair/capping at a competitive price. At the outset, this certified Owens-Corning contractor offered top-of-the-line materials such as synthetic underlayment secured by plastic-capped nails, and high-definition shingles. There was no extra charge for a "Platinum" lifetime warranty that covers both materials and workmanship. The workmanship portion of the warranty extends to 25 years, far longer than the workmanship warranty offered by other contractors. Site supervisor Al took care to ensure that bad decking and fascia wood discovered in the tear-off of old roofing was removed and replaced. Al and Roof Masters executive Tom Kovack also went the extra mile to answer our questions and address our concerns. Tom even agreed to paint the replacement fascia wood with primer/sealer at no additional labor cost. We are very pleased with the work and we have received many compliments from neighbors on look of the new roof and gutters. We look forward to many years of service and protection from the elements.

Bob from Roof Masters reached out within minutes of me requesting a contractor from Angie's List. I was able to schedule an appointment with him within only a few days after our first conversation. During our initial meeting, Bob listened very patiently as we explained what our roof and gutter needs were. He then explained in great detail the products that Roof Masters offered. He stayed until late in the evening patiently answering all of our questions. He explained step by step how the installation would take place. He and his crew arrived right on time the day of the installation. When Bob arrived, he made sure to introduce me to his job foreman in case I should have any question during the process. His crew was very helpful when my family members needed to leave the house while the project was in full swing. They made sure to personally escort each member out of the house safely. His entire crew was friendly. Afterwards his crew cleaned up all areas around the outside of my home. They only thing that was left behind was a new beautiful roof, which was completed in one day as promised. I would recommend Bob and his crew to anyone needing a new roof. p.s. Due to the weather, our gutter and gutter guards were completed a few days later. That project went very well.

Nathan came on time for the estimate. He was very professional and well prepared. He explained everything and gave a fair price. His crew came at the appointed time, did a good job, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. The roof looks good. I would hire them again.

They approached me (as others had) to let me know about some roof damage and for some reason I listened because they seemed to actually care.  They also were able to identify the contacts in my insurance company (lending believability to what they were saying).  I worked with them, they even contacted my insurance and walked me through the process.  We got an independent cost estimate and while waiting for insurance review they overed over the damage temporarily free of charge even if insurance denied the review.  They offered a no-charge upgrade from 25 year shingles to 50 year shingles with 25 year labor warranty and guaranteed the roof for up to 130 MPH withstand (original roof was 20 year shingles).  They represent Owens-Corning systems and are a top tier licensed installer for them.  Insurance reviewed in favor and USA Roof Masters scheduled the job and explained what would happen on installation day - and when that day came, they did EXACTLY as they said.  They showed up @ 7 AM, started @ 7:30.  A team of about 6 people got to work like pros!  They put a tarp over the edges of the roof while others began removing the shingles.  The debris went down the tarps and they loaded it into a dumpster.  The roofing system showed up with a crane, they lifted it all to the roof and began to lay the underlayment system and shingles, cut a ridge vent in as promised, and inspected and repaired a few sheets of plywood for free.  Then they called and asked if we would like the roof replaced on our shed as well. . . for free!  The tarps were soon off and when the new roofing was on they set to cleaning anything remaining in my yard and then thoroughly rolled the entire yard with magnets and picked up any remaining nails.  By 4:30 PM they were gone and aside from a brand new roof, you wouldn't have known they were ever there.  Clean as a whistle.  They left the dumpster for a few days (we cleaned out the basement! :) ).  They even paid us a little rent for putting a sign up in our yard!  So in short, I got a new roof with a 50 year full warranty (prorated AFTER that. . . ), my shed done, and my basement cleaned out. . . all for the replacement price of a 20 year shingle roof.  What a deal.  Nice folks.  I found them by word of mouth referral from another satisfied customer.

The job was completed in one day, in the middle of winter...with snow on the ground!
They did a very good job with old roof material removal - only missed a few shingles and nails.  Overall we were very pleased with the efficiency, speed and quality.

It was great from start to finish. From the moment they approached me with the idea to basically give my home a makeover they were professional. I was skeptical at first because I've never heard of them before they spoke to me. After being in contact with them I could really tell that they were the real deal.
