I emphasized that I needed both cleaners to wear masks as my husband and I are in our seventies and have vulnerable health issues. I called again the day before the cleaning to emphasize the importance of masks because of Covid. The female cleaner showed up without one and said she forgot her mask so I gave her two brand new disposable ones that she did not put on for the entire 7 hours she and her partner were here. Also, at $90 per hour, it took the two of them 7 hours to finish my 1900 square foot house. I did give them an extensive list of things I wanted done during the deep clean, but it used to take my prior housekeeper, working alone, 5 hours at the most to do the same things.

They were very though and the cleaning. Was beautifully done .they left the house smelling vey clean

I have been a real estate investor for over 25 years. I would not normally have used an unknown company but I was under the gun. The property was vacant and ready to rent to an insurance company client. First , they did not show up at the agreed upon time. Secondly, the owner is calling/texting every 15 minutes with an increase in price as if he were on drugs. I finally agreed to a price. Thirdly, after the job was complete the price was $50.00 more! Finally, they left trash on the floor and the door open, leaving new appliances and new furniture exposed to the neighborhood. Then I get a call from the potential tenant that the cleaning was very poor and I should never use this company again. If the courts were not convoluted due to COVID-19, I would sue the company for my money back. I still might when they open. Update: On Sunday July 5, 2020, I received a phone call from the owner of Top Notch, Dev Shah. Evidently he read my review of his company on Thumbnail. I am in the process of explaining the problems with his service and he becomes belligerent and tells me to shut the F**k up. Unbelievable.

There was only one cleaner that came even though in previous discussion it were supposed to be 2. It was poorly done job. She didn?t mop the kitchen floor, missed a lot of spots on the shelves, medicine cabinets, entertainment system. She didn?t have a mop so she vacuumed our patio. I contacted the manager. It was told to me that the house was already in a poor condition. I cleaned my own room and bathroom every 2 weeks so I?m offended. My roommate had to spend hours after the cleaner left to clean the place again.

Dev and team were very enjoyable to work with. Professional, clear, and responsive. We used Top Notch for a pre move-in cleaning and they did a great job.

Top-Notch did not do the work agreed to. They failed to do the deep cleaning of the kitchen and living areas as agreed upon, they damaged things in my home, and their negligence led to the direct breakage of a flat-screen television I now have to replace, I had not intended to replace this item any time in the near future as it had worked as intended to and had no signs of stopping. I was forced to pay for a second maid service to complete the job they failed to do. They changed the price and contract several times. They told me to clean the lower level of my home prior to the cleaners showing up to make it *easier* on them. Rather than organizing the only bedroom I asked them to clean/organize, they stuffed trash bags full of randoms items into the closet. They misplaced valuable/personal belongings in my home. When I could not find the item, I contacted them to ask the cleaners if they had misplaced the item to which they responded by threatening me and were aggressive in tonality. They did not even complete a basic cleaning of my living area! Again, I had to hire a second company to complete the work they failed to do. They are also super shady, they insist you pay them via Friends and Family on PayPal to avoid the fees of the seller and provide you with zero protection in the event you are not satisfied with their service.

The team was great! The came in ready to work, brought all their supplies and the finished product was great! Highly recommend.
