speedy key locksmith

Speedy Key was excellent. We needed to rekey locks on three doors for our new house, add a keypad deadbolt to the back door, and a Ring doorbell to the front door. We were also going to add a kick plate to the back door (which they offered to install for free). The process started because they had a missed call from us on a late Sunday afternoon -- and then sent a text later that evening to make sure we connected. That was obviously a good sign. Then I explained what we needed, got a quote, got answers to some questions, and scheduled the job at a time that worked for us (Sunday morning) -- all by text (thank you, Amanda!). The locksmith, Avi, was awesome. Did a great job with everything. Double-checked the instructions for the doorbell and keypad, since they were provided by us (they stock keypads, and sent us photos and model numbers, but we wanted a different one). Both of our devices connect via WiFi, which was not set up at the house yet. Avi explained how to do that and gave us his cell in case we had questions. Later he texted me the name of the keypad lock app to make sure we had it once our WiFi was connected. In the middle of all of this we had a mini-crisis-- and Avi stepped in to help. I can't say enough about him and their customer service. Would highly recommend these folks!
