It is a small and private company that is operated by one person. He is great. I have used him for years and he is great. He has installed an alarm for me. He comes out once a year and goes through all our security system. He checks everything and recommends anything that is new. He will put in sprinklers and anything that you want. He checks all the key pads that are used to get in and out of my house. He also checks the battery. I have received a letter from him that he is due to come out right now to my house to check out all my windows and things like that. It costs within $200 a year. It is so inexpensive for that kind of specialized and personalized service. He owns the business and is a very nice person. It is good that I got one good person who has all these contacts. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Ed Penczak spoke with me on the phone and was very helpful in explaining what my options might be in changing alarm companies. He subsequently reviewed the system in our home, and made recommendations in writing. He faxed his recommendations and estimate the next day. I asked Ed to divide the job up into segments, and he performed the basic system replacement in January 2008. He explained the system after the installation, and requested that we call with any questions at any time. A week later he followed up to make certain that we were comfortable with the system. I decided what items were a priority for a second visit in February, and Ed and I again reviewed my options. The February installation went equally smoothly. Ed arrives on time, he explains what he will be doing, and gives updates on the progress during the process. The work was done neatly and Ed brings a vacuum to clean up the areas in which he worked. We would recommend Ed to anyone!

Fantastic. Can't be better. Eddie listened to my needs and any problems with the existing system. He thoroughly considered my ideas and suggestions. Everything installed neatly (good cleanup) and everything works great. He is 100% available for emergency or non-emergency assistance, and I have made use of this as well. He helped me with a visit within 12 hours when I had a breach of the security system. I have used his services for four years, and give my highest recommendation.

Ed installed a new home security system using the wiring from my old alarm system. He was professional, personable, and did a terrific job. The price was much better than other companies because Ed does his own instillations and was thus able to see when he gave me an estimate that he could use the existing wiring. I did a lot of research and got estimates from several companies; others seem to have a rep do the sale/estimate and a different person for the installation. Ed runs his own business, so he came to my home for the estimate and did the instillation himself as well. I highly recommend him, and I plan to have him install a motion detector light in my back yard.
