They came out multiple times. The first guy didn't do anything according to the second guy. The second guy did fix it but 5 months later a third guy had to come out. My warranty was over, so I had to pay.

Worst experience of my life and I will never return to them again. I got the one that was rated the highest. It stopped working and it kept blinking these lights and messages. They sent someone to fix it and about a month later it kept doing it. They sent someone else out and he told me the first guy did not repair it at all. 5 months later, the same thing happened. By then my warranty had ran out so I had to pay about 100 dollars. The guy that came out then said that this model was no good because it has the same problem with a lot of people. I got sick of having to call them, so I had a different company install a different model. It flooded my kitchen wooden floor. The pricing was good, because I got it on sale.

It was really the salesperson was very slow in responding to us as opposed to many other people that were there. We kind of felt a little slighted but they resolved that issue.

They said they would send someone on Friday, but they didn't come out by 5. I called them back and got an automated message stating that they would be here between 7:45 and 9:45 at night. I called customer service and they explained that the mechanic goes off work at 6, they couldn't explain why. In the end I had to call and they told me the next appointment was Tuesday. They did not apologize, I waited for over 7 hours that day.

They came out and gave us options for repairing and buying new appliances. The technician was very very nice, but he suggested that we could either pay 150 dollars plus labor to fix the machine, or buy a new one. As the machine was about eight years old, we decided to wait and shop around for a new dishwasher.

At the time of purchase, they told me $150 each piece installation, $300 total. I since found out I could have gotten both for 100. Whoever they hired was bad. He gave me a call on Sunday night to say he would be there at noon, but did not show up until 5:30 in evening. This was a standard basic replacement that had been done before.
I understood that this $300 was the basic price, but then he threatened to leave with a hole in counter-top if not pay addition $250 for standard replacement work because it would not fit.
I reported to Sears. When they went to the installer, but he simply said he did what he needed to do and they believed. He even put it in crooked.

TV Sales
I have been dealing with sears as long as I can remember. Their prices are good. They have a very large selection. The sales person I talked to helped me and is very knowledgeable about the TVs. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Water Heater Service
AFTER THE WATER HEATER WAS INSTALLED, THE WATER PRESSURE IN MY HOUSE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED. WHEN I INFORMED THE COMPANY, THEY WOULD NOT REPAIR THE ERROR EVEN THOUGH THE INSTALLATION WAS GUARANTEED. THE PERSON WHO INSTALLED THE WATER HEATER DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF.
