em all.Unfortunately I still have the leak in the corner of the basement, not as much, but it still leaks. Ralph did come back times one and showed me photos he had taken of the 'before' damage and was helpful in finding that the the insulation under my siding had deteriorated. He also recommended that i get a downspout placed to encourage water run off from the roof to go AWAY from the house, and the business he recommended was reliable and very reasonable. But the original problem remained and Ralph's was the highest estimate I had received.

"Actually, my records indicate that the work began April 2, 2012 and was finished April 4, 2012, for the sum of $2,800. I wrote [Member Name] a proposal based on her description of the work she was requesting. I also explained to her that she had multiple water issues not related to this work. I wrote very clearly in the proposal that there was no guarantee that water would not penetrate wall in the future. [Member Name] has issues with siding and gutters that are not related to any work I did. I sent her the proposal via email on March 1st, 2012. She spent about a month reviewing this proposal and had the option to call any other contractor she was comfortable with. She called me back to do the work as it was stated in the proposal for the said price of $2,800. We signed the agreement on April 2, 2012 and I successfully completed the work as stated in the agreement. I even removed a larger area of drywall and installed insulation in the wall at no extra charge. [Member Name] is posting this review more than 2-1/2 years after the work was completed and it is the first I’m hearing of her discontent."
