Could not have gone better. Lou and crew were friendly, professional and efficient. Cleaned the entire house in one day. Put everything back exactly where it belonged. Very pleased.

I had water leaking onto my floor from the walls of my family room. I had called Quality First Restoration to come out. Lou showed up very quickly with his team. They took a look at the leak and started to cut through the drywall to determine the source of the problem. They determined it was a roof leak and tarped the roof. Lou brought in dehumidifiers and floor fans to dry up the room. Over the next few days, Lou worked with my public adjuster to determine the course of action to correct our problem. Lou and his employees were always courteous and on time. They cleaned up after they were finished and made the work area as clean as possible. After the insurance claim was settled, I contacted Lou again to see if he would be interested in rebuilding my family room. I told him that I was very impressed with his emergency response and that I wanted him to do the rebuild. Once again, his team came in and did a professional job. They basically had to gut the entire family room and rebuild from scratch. From tile floors, to insulation, drywall and a new roof, they did it all and did a great job! They worked quickly to get things done without a major interruption to my family's normal household routine. I recommend them to everyone that I come in contact with.
