I have several issues with this office. 1. I have hired them for rodent issue. They do not provide rodent issues. What they do provide is to come to your property and walk around to tell you what you should do as a homeowner. They do not plug, block or try to trace the entry point for rodents. 2. They schedule appointments without consulting you or notifying you and when you try to cancel they throw the contractual 30 day notice to cancel on you. 3. Their phone lines are always sooo busy. I've called all hours and days. You are always put on hold for 10+ minutes. It is unbelievable. And to top it off the people that answer the phone sound miserable. Do not hire them for rodent issues. They will do absolutely nothing and take your money.

They were polite and courteous.  They came in, were professional, and got it done.

The technicians who sprayed the house were really great.  However, they are a seriously disorganized and non-communicative office.  Several times I was given NO notice that the technician was coming, sometimes only a day.  Appointments, when I could make them, were rarely honored.  I had many notices left on my front door from them and I was home every time I was supposed to be.   I waited entire mornings to have no one show up and then have the office calling me telling me I missed the appointment after the tech showed up hours late.  They came whenever they felt like it.  I began to see this was not the technician's fault though.  Once I cancelled (after being given 24hrs notice they were coming - am I supposed to quit work and wait at home for them my whole life?) and rescheduled.  The technician showed up anyway having been given no notice that I had cancelled.  I finally had enough and called to cancel my service.  They told me they would get back to me with confirmation but even that is taking weeks and multiple calls back to the office to confirm.  It's really a shame because I love my technician but if you have a job or a life I suggest you look elsewhere.

I had trouble with an infestation of carpenter ants a number of years ago, which they took care of perfectly well.  Then, I had termites come, which they also took care of perfectly well.  The termites were dealt with by a different branch of the company.  I dealt with two different people for the different problems.  I'm satisfied with their service, and I intend to keep them.  I could probably get the service cheaper, but I wouldn't trust a different company as much.

He concluded that I had no termites, so everything woked out well.

They did a great job. I have no complaints. Their pricing was about the same as everybody else, but they did more for the amount. The quality was real good. I will use them again in the future.

They were fine. They came out every three months and do indoor and outdoor treatments. I like that they send the same technician every time. I like that because that way I don't have to explain my needs every time. The technician understands my needs, and my concerns. I have been using them for about a year. They have done a good job.

It was fine, they did a one time application that comes with a 30 day guarantee. They also offer a year long contract. I was a little disappointed that the gentleman did not seem to know any more about the bugs than I did after I read up on information on the internet. I contacted a national company because I thought they may have greater expertise but I think next time I would use a local company and I believe they are less expensive. There were also some problems with punctuality. I made the appointment by calling the 800 number on their website and they gave me a two hour window for the appointment. When no one showed up in that time frame I called the local office, someone there told me that they did not know why I had been given a two hour window as they usually do AM or PM. The Orkin person did not arrive until almost an hour after the two hour window expired.

THIS WAS NOT AN EXPERIENCE THAT I WANTED TO GO THROUGH, BUT IT WAS OK.

ORKIN CAME OUT WITH NO PROBLEM AND THEY WERE ON TIME.
