The representative Brian was prompt for the Inspection and very knowledgeable about termite treatment. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He was also aware of the service availability and scheduled the service to be done within 3 days. The technician who did the termite treatment was also at the property at the scheduled time and answered all questions prior to beginning the work. As was the representative he was very knowledgeable about the subject and reassuring about the chemicals used and the termite treatment. I was so comfortable that I was able to leave him to do the work and return later in the day to review the work. I had to call and ask some questions after the work was done and they were very helpful.

Mr. Bill arrived at our home during the window they gave us, and he did an amazing job. He was friendly with us and the kids and took quite a bit of time to explain everything. He also gave us some tips for the yard and was very honest. He truly has a passion for what he does, and I was very impressed with the service.
Overall the ants are gone now, and they will be back 4 times this year to ensure there are no other bugs. I would absolutely use them again.

Their service is good. They are always on time, and I have no complaints with them. Their price was reasonable. I would rate them highly.

Not thrilled because whatever they are using is not that effective in eliminating the bugs. May try another service.

I have been using them for probably six years now. I started working with them in 2004. I had a mouse problem, and I had used other exterminators, and Orkin came out and they started from the outside while all the other people started from the inside. They were smart, because mice come inside your house, and that was really beneficial to me. They are expensive, but to be fair to them, I have to tell you that they will listen to you in terms of pricing. What I am trying to say is that they try to fix your budget. I had one person and he loved insects and he gave me a lot of information about insects. It varies because, most of the gentlemen came in and do a good job, but that particular individual was definitely interested in making it a career. It wasn't just a job but it was going to be a career. He was very knowledgeable and would tell me what different insects do. I don't know what happened to him. They are a very professional company.

Overall, the experience was fine. The technician who performed the inspection was very pleasant, arrived on time, and seemed to know what he was doing. It seemed that the company charged quite a bit for a the short amount of time that he was here. I haven't had them come out again due to this.
