Mr. Bellini arrived on time after bathroom had been gutted.
The new drain which should have been centered on shower floor was completely off center. A liner was used and clearly not done properly since I recently discovered water leaking from my kitchen ceiling, again. I had discontinued using Mr . Bellini after the bathroom renovation due to finger pointing between he and the tile contractor, (his recommendation), as to how the drain should have been placed. I contacted my new plumber who I have used since that incident. He removed the drywall from the ceiling in the kitchen to discover the drain had not been put in properly. Apparently, the water had been leaking to the surrounding wood as well as a new renovation being required. An appraiser was in agreement with the botched job done by both the plumber and tile contractor.
The remaining part of the kitchen ceiling will be removed as well as my bathroom gutted all over again, to see the extent of the damage which was clearly due to poor workmanship and lack of detail.
