STAY AWAY! Follow these simple steps to decide whether you should hire KCC Drain Services: 1. Do NOT hire KCC Drain Services. Look for any other plumber in your area. 2. Didn’t find a plumber? Look harder! Do yourself a favor and do NOT hire KCC Drain Services. 3. Still didn’t find a plumber and your neighbor, father in law, or handy uncle/aunt can’t help either? Go on YouTube and learn to do it yourself. I know it sounds absurd but you’ll have the job finished (and probably with a better result) before any of these two yahoos shows up and actually finishes the job. 4. Is the job so complicated that you need a plumber and you really couldn’t find ANYONE else? Think very hard and long before hiring KCC Drain Services. If you do decide to hire them, listen carefully: - Do NOT pay cash. Use your credit card so you can dispute the charge in case they continue to not show up or don’t finish the job. This is a guarantee: you’ll schedule an appointment, but they will not show up, or, at best, they’ll show up hours late. Do not take a day off of work to receive them at your house. Again: it will take MANY appointments before anyone actually shows up. - Before paying, obtain a written description of the job that needs to be done, detailing which aspects/services are included and which ones are not. If you need to dispute the charge on your credit card (you will likely get to this point), KCC Drain Services will lie and deny any verbal agreement you have, just to keep your money. Protect yourself and get a detailed quote before handing over any money. - Expect to clean up after them! Why doesn’t KCC Drain Services show up despite booking an appointment? You guess is as good as mine. I received many different excuses, ranging from blown tires to basketball games, and all the way up to hospitalization of a family member. This can mean two things: or they are the unluckiest plumbers in Pennsylvania, or they’re lying. Either way, this should be enough reason not to hire KCC Drain Services. To me it’s an actual miracle that they still have a respectable rating on this platform. Please look at the low-rated reviews: I recognize everything in these poor reviews. KCC Drain Services is likely going to reply to this review explaining how it’s all the costumer’s fault and how they’re great: please do NOT believe them. Turn around now. It’s not too late. STAY AWAY!
