"Please see attached warranty information that you did not maintain. We installed new roof July 2015, as required you were suppose to have your roof aluminum coated with in the first two years and you failed to complete. Six months after your roof was install, there was a severe ice and snow storm, you called us and we immediately responded. Your downspouts were frozen solid with ice which caused ice damming. We immediately responded, thawed out with torch and unclogged your drain lines, FREE of charge. This issue had nothing to do with the roof we istalled. Four months ago you called me and I immediately responded to you, explained to you that your warranty was void, because you did not comply with it, but I was willing to come out and coat your roof and reinstate your warranty for you for the standard cost of the original first roof coating that you missed per your warranty. You refused our services and absolutely stated that you will not pay anything, we did try to accomadate you, as all PA roofing contractors know if rubber roofs are not maintained with coatings they will always fail."

"Hi [Member Name Removed], We did a small repair job for you over 4 years ago which included a roof coating. Any further future damages that you had on another part of your house was not under any warranty from us, because we only completed a repair job. Thank you for your review and appreciate your business. Best Regards, Joe Ritchie"
"Hi [Member Name Removed], So sorry we were not able to come do a small project for you. I thought I was doing the proper thing by telling you certain things we dont handle. I would have been happy to help if it was something we would handle. Best Regards Joe Ritchie"
I contacted Mr. Ritchie about adding a bathroom to my home. He gave me an estimate and the work began within 1-2 weeks. All his workers were respectful, since my elderly parents were at the home during this construction. From the construction workers to the plumber, to the electrician; all were professional in providing the services for my new bathroom. I chose the tiles and they had no problems with installing it. My bathroom is beautiful with extra closet spaces and shelves. I'm planning to renovate my other bathroom and kitchen in the future and hope that Mr. Ritchie can do the work. He always checked on his workers and made sure all the work was being done correctly; any questions I had, he would address. Mr. Ritchie is dedicated to quality work..
"I did everything possible to try to make this customer and his wife happy. We shot elevations for his driveway with a transit that he insisted on changing, for some reason he thought he knew more about concrete then I did, and he would not listen to my professional experience. So after some argument I installed elevation where he insisted and then when job was poured, he was not happy with his elevation, sometimes it can be frustrating when a homeowner can be relentless and continue to tell a contractor how to do his job. This homeowner also had this same driveway installed 1 year prior from a different contractor and was not happy with the elevations, once we install our driveway, that is when we realized why he was not happy. During this job they were video taping us and his wife was verbally abusive to him and anyone within ear shot from behind the closed door, scary experience."
"I did give this customer a verbal estimate. Some jobs require blueprints for an accurate estimate such as an addition, I felt this project needed blueprints for me to give a quote. I did call homeowner and give a ball park quote of approximately what this job would cost, but again with out blueprints it may not have been accurate."
