This project didn't go as well as the first. There was a different person supervising the project. They sheet rocked over the vent fan, and put huge recessed lights in the shower. I had already purchased the lights I wanted to use. He did what he wanted to do, he put his lights in. When I came home from work one day they were putting the electrical outlets inside the bathroom when I had made it clear I wanted the switches on the outside of the bathroom. I felt that he was just going to do what he wants to do regardless of my requests. The third time I confronted the owner about work I was dissatisfied with I told him I don't think this is going to work out. I paid in cash but the project was never completed. I have never received a receipt for the payment. The project is still incomplete. I did ask him to come back and put up trim and paint via email, he never responded.

It went beautifully. It all took a while, but we had just bought our home and we were traveling back and forth on a three hour trip every week end. Ark and Yuri had the keys for the house and we had no problem with their crew working in house when we were not there. Very trustworthy. We were always kept updated if they had any concerns. No matter if we called to Chevy and see how things were going, they were always patient explaining all changes to us.

They have not finished the job yet, it is scheduled for tomorrow. The bathroom is gorgeous!
