Joe was FANTASTIC! While our dryer vent had been cleaned out by Crystal Clean last Fall, they did an extremely poor job. Joe found a birds nest, as well as tons of wet dryer lint in the L-shaped line. We are on the second floor of a condominium, and working by himself, he lugged an extension ladder up to the first floor deck, then extended it to the vent at least three times to do a thorough and immaculate job! The price was more than reasonable, although for the work he did, he should have charged "hazard pay!" I'd highly recommend this wonderful technician and service!

Joe explained cleaning existing vent and replacement/rerouting options and provided a very reasonable estimate. I opted to replace the vent, and expected Joe would need to come back another day to finish. To my surprise, Joe said he could do the work that same day. He showed me how clogged the old dryer vent was, showed me where water was leaking from, installed a brand new metal vent from the back of the dryer, ran the new line along the crawl space rafters, drilled and sealed the ventilation hole at the back of the house next to my chimney, and covered the exit with an exhaust flap. I couldn't he happier and would highly recommend Joe for anyone else's dryer vent maintenance needs.

Joe DeLorenzo promptly came at 8:00 AM. Inspected the dryer and the attic where a new vent was installed last year by a major contractor. He took pictures and explained it was not in code and improperly installed. He explained everything in detail. We concurred that the vent needed to be replaced. Joe did an exceptional job. Showed us the lint still in the dryer vent and also showed us how to clean the filter. He also stated that he would not have to come back for 2 years or so. Very personable, cleaned up after the job was complete and even gave my yellow lab a belly rub. I urge you to hire Joe if you need your dryer vent cleaned. He is extremely honest. Joe was punctual, assessed the issue, proposed a solution, and put no pressure on us to use him. We did and he was great! Clean, explained everything he did and most importantly, fixed our dryer and now we do not have any issues!

I had a feeling there was an issue with my dryer vent because I could smell the dryer sheet scent in my office....we had the vents cleaned annually by a few different companies, but no one spotted any problems. I read the reviews on Angies List and thought is was time to get someone who specializes in dryer vents....and I'm very happy I did. Joe discovered that the dryer vent had become disconnected in the wall....he went in the basement and removed a ceiling tile to exam the entire pipe...something no one else bothered to do....and figured out the source of our problem. There was very little room to work and poor Joe had to go from my basement to the outside vent at least 40x to reset the pipe....but he finally succeeded and reconnected the pipe. As the saying goes you get what you pay for...Joe is a real professional and worked extremely hard to correct our problem. After he had finished we went into the laundry room and he cleaned up and left it exactly as he found it. We wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future.

Service appointment was great! I received a phone call ahead of time, confirming the ETA. Joe arrived on time, explained the process and went right to work. Very courteous and professional, he was neat and clean while doign the work. The process took less, than i had expected. Joe showed the results, to insure my satisfaction with the job he has done. Joe was very punctual and professional. He explained how the lint gets trapped and the fire hazard a clogged vent poses. I was shocked at how much lint was in there since I had had it cleaned by another company less than 1 year ago. Clearly, they did not do a complete job last year, based on the amount of buildup. The top of the dryer was getting hot after awhile and now it doesn't due to a clear line. Also, the length of time needed to complete a dry cycle is significantly less now. This is a dirty job but when he left, I could not tell that he had even been there. He totally cleaned up the area. I would recommend Dryer Vent Wizzard of Lower Bucks County to EVERYONE! They are very reasonably priced and provide peace of mind regarding preventing dryer fires. 

Joe arrived on time and after performing a test on my dryer he recommended the duct line be ran in a different way and be replaced with a rigid line that is safer and doesn't trap lint like my old flexible line. He provided me with an estimate and then did the work neatly and efficiently. Now my clothes are completely dry and in less time, I wish I had this done sooner! Joe DeLorenzo did a fabulous job of cleaning our dryer vent. We live in a townhouse, the venting ran the entire length of our house. He very expertly (and without dirt or mess) took care of the situation. He cleaned the vent, did not just blow air through. Our Homeowners Association requires we have this service performed every two years. We have requested his name be placed on the Association's list of recommended tradesmen, and we will definitely have him perform our service in the future.
