They're alright. They're just expensive. I pay a lot. They are so expensive. My internet service is very slow. I don't have a choice. Where I am, there are a lot of trees so the service is that crazy.

Took modem to to service center, was told I was not customer of record. Had to go home [I had forgotten my phone] and tell my husband-customer of record-to call service and tell them I was his designated representative. Then I was able to go back to the service senter and get the bad modem replaced.
We checked into getting tv as well as internet. They wanted to come out to the house and do an installation and gave us a 12 hour window. they would not hear of simply renting us a box and letting us take care of the rest of it. NO WAY were we going to hang around the house waiting for an entire day for them to show up. So we stuck with and antenna
If/when we move comcast will be a service provider of last resort. If we could we would use fios now, but it doesn't see, to be available in the township.
