Around Christmas 2012, after hearing me complain about the new addition taking on water more than 2 years, a family member gave me Chet's number. Up the ladder Chet went, taking pictures of what he found. Actually, the pictures revealed what wasn't there - - the roof for which I paid more than 2 years prior. The service provider who started the job in 2010 was no longer in the picture, so Chet and Joey spent the better part of a day making it watertight.
Description of Work: - Provide and Install ISO board tapered roof insulation over new back addition - Provide and cover ISO board w/fiberglass base sheet - Provide and install new 2" x 3" copper eaves box - Provide and install new white granulated rubber roofing system - Provide and install new 4" boot and collar over vent pipe - Flash eaves box, capping, vent pipe and wall seams w/roof cement and fabric - 10 year roof guarantee
