Bob Smith Contracting

So we had a leak in our roof from all of the driving rains and we contacted Bob to fix it for us.  He did work for neighbors of  ours.   He seemed like a nice guy, fair pricing and didn't have a long wait time.  He came out and patched a few things on our roof for us.  A couple months later, the leak was much worse and now came in through the bedroom and was leaking so much, the drywall cracked so now we need to replace that after the roof is fixed.  We called Bob to have him check on his work (leak was in the same spot but worse) and he said he would come out that evening to take a look.  He never came and we called him a couple hours later after he was supposed to show and then he said he wouldn't be coming (obviously) and that he had some family emergency.  Ok we get things happen but we should have gotten a call that he wasn't going to show instead of us just sitting and waiting around.  He said he would call us the next day to come out and we never heard from him again.  That was over a month ago.  We will never use him again and feel that we were cheated out of our money.  Talk about take our money and run!  Work should be guaranteed for at least a year never mind only after a few months.  Very big disappointment.
