This company was an absolute nightmare to work with. Avoid at all costs. Quoting phase went okay. We needed a new gate at the front and back of our breezeway. We were also concerned about some loose pickets in our yard fence and they assured us they could take out about 8 of the pickets that were loose and replace them with new ones. They also talked us through specific designs for the breezeway gates and everything sounded promising. On the day of the job they estimated they would arrive between 9-10am. They didn't show up until 11am and the lead installer had no idea about any of the gate design elements from the quoting phase. I had to walk him through everything again and he had to reach out to his boss to confirm more details. After all that, they had to go back out and actually purchase materials so it was well after noon before they started work. On the back breezeway gate, they did a fine job. The front breezeway gate had one post that was extremely loose and wobbling. The pickets they put in to replace our loose ones were completely the wrong size in height and width and looked atrocious. Several pickets were not even connected at all at the bottom and some of the ones that were, were not even screwed in all the way. Check out the pictures, this was the complete opposite of a professional looking job. After surveying the work, we immediately called to try and have them rectify the shoddy craftsmanship. Someone came out pretty quickly to have the gate wobble fixed. That guy pushed off responsibility for the mismatched, shoddy looking pickets and said he'd have the owner get in touch with us to come up with a solution. Guess what? He never did. We ended up trying to contact him multiple times and each time we were berated by some lady who sometimes claimed to be the owner, sometimes claimed the owner was some guy named "Ray" who would get in touch with us to come up with a solution. Mmm hmm. Heard this one before. The lady had the audacity to essentially blame us for having too high expectations of how professional the job should look. One time we actually managed to get ahold of someone named "Ray" and he immediately deflected, said he didn't need to discuss the job with us because his staff had it firmly under control. He told us they would be in touch to communicate a resolution. We left it at that. They ghosted and never communicated with us further, despite saying that they would. Company could not manage a professional install and ran away from the problem when called out on it. Spend money with them at your own peril.

Ray and his team did an exceptional job. They responded promptly to multiple requests for various estimates. They arrived on the day they said they would start and did an amazing job removing brush and old chain-link fence and replacing it with a lovely white cedar shadow box fence. We received several estimates and they beat all of them.

The whole experience was great. My husband and I got a couple of quotes, and were connected with Ray via the Home Depot installation service. He was a great communicator, gave us some ideas and suggestions, and was flexible in making some alterations to the plan until we were completely satisfied with it. Compared with other companies his price was competitive, and his attentiveness and communication follow-through was the best. I felt like he valued our business and worked for it. His team was punctual on the day we scheduled the work, and it was completed within a day as promised. Now that we've lived with our new fence for a couple of weeks I can say that it was money well spent, and I'm just sorry we didn't do it sooner. Would definitely recommend.

Used my garden hose to mix cement, wrapped it back on the hose hanger and it was totally ruined. The fence is wooden, some boards are warped, others are smaller than they should be an/or cut crooked. The large back fence panels are crooked. I have been having family medical issues and have not had time to call and complain. If I could submit photos, I would. The cement work where the posts go into the ground look as if a child did the work. Terrible! Update: I called the company back and spoke to the salesman, upfront guy. He doesn't do any work, but he said he would be the one to fix out. A representative did come back to fix it, and I took photographs of how badly they fixed it. They also didn't give me a new garden hose and I've been with out a garden hose all summer. For the service, they charged me $400 dollars more. It was supposed to be $2400. They said it was my fault because I didn't put sealer on the wood. The wood is dog eared and it's warped. I have photographs. They also included a gate and it's bent out of shape. I joined Angie's List to find some reputable companies, and I am very dissatisfied. It looks like the first time they put the fence up. They are an inferior company. It looks like cheap wood. Some of the nails are actually poking though the wood, and my son in law is going to try to fix it.

Jim and his team provided excellent service.  They were responsive, professional, and delivered a great finished product.  Bergo Fencing exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

.Installed 6ft high vinyl fence in rear yard. Removed old existing wooden fence. Installed new gate and hardware. Cleaned up all old trash and materials and hauled away.I had other estimates. Bergo gave a good price and did not require any money up front. I paid when job was done. Very satisfied with the work they did. All done in a professional manner.I will use him again if I need more fencing.
