+ -1 moreTook about one month to finally have it ready for pick up. They refuse to call you, so I stopped in weekly for updates. I was told a key way was broken and they can't get parts for it. I returned home with it and inspected the key way myself. I have extensive knowledge of small engines but lack the time to fix them. If I was not so busy with work I would have looked into this problem myself. So I was lied to about what was broken and no help was offered.
Description of Work: Diagnose and repair string trimmer.
