The true test of a quality company is how they handle a trouble call after the sale, this company gets an "A"!! I had a new gas furnace installed in 2020. It was done under the name Eco Friendly Services Heating and Air; which is now All Pro Solutions. A few weeks ago the 5" damper failed and the heat would not stay on. After several attempts to contact Eco Friendly I remembered I booked through Home Advisor and found the new company. I was so relieved when All Pro said they would stand by their work and honor the warranty!! They located the parts and Al, the tech did the installation and the heat is now working.

Amazing overall service! Very knowledgeable, helpful, worked within my budget, and were willing to take the time to explain the whole process to me. Only gave them 1-week's notice and they were able to fit it in. Even conducted a follow-up two weeks after installation to make sure everything was fine. Would highly recommend them.

I found out about the problem mid-afternoon on Friday. By Saturday morning, the repairman had been to and fixed that problem. Alleviated my tenants from any inconvenience or being uncomfortable with the heat over the weekend. Great job!!!
