Initially they did a good job.  One of the hinges broke off the window, I called them and sent digital photos to them.  They have never come out to fix it.  I have called several times and they still have never come out.  The windows are supposed to be guaranteed for the life of the house.  I have kind of given up on them.  They were referred to me by our neighbors.

 In the middle of 2010 one of the metal tabs that hooks into the cable that helps the window go up and down and stay in place broke. I called the company several times and emailed digital photos of the broken part to them twice (around Oct 2010) and as of 7/24/2011 they still haven't come out to fix it. They claimed a 100% guarantee on parts, etc, but when they don't do anything about defective parts, the guarantee means nothing! Recently, I noticed the lift thing on another window is stuck in its guide (on a window I very seldom open). I now really question the quality of the windows they installed.

I'm looking for someone else to finish my home. The guy that started working on my windows disappeared for a month, working on other projects.

I was originally told the old roof would be removed and any rotted wood would be replaced. I was also told that they would "sister" some of the sagging joists to provide strength and allow for proper water drainage on the roof. In the middle of the job I was told that the sistering of joists was not necessary and the roof would be fine with just some of the sheathing replaced. I trusted his suggestion. After the work was done, and after the first rain there was a HUGE amount of water puddling on top of the roof. Almost 25% of the roof holds water. My calls were not returned even though I had a written guarantee and was told someone would come out to take a look at it. Will never do business with them again.

Project never got off the ground.

I thought they did a great job. I think they have a superior product. We are very pleased with the results.
