He built our house which is very large and beautiful. The thing is, we only moved in this February and a lot of things are going bad already and breaking. Seems like they used the cheapest stuff they could buy. When we call, we keep getting put off about them coming to fix what is wrong. We have triple pain windows and the one had moisture inside and they r guaranteed for life and he won't come replace it. The basement, garage and breezeway and bottom porches are cement which got nasty cracks in. They repaired some of them but is ugly looking, We can't put carpeting over them because of the heat in the floors. The locks on the patio doors in the bottom rooms only work about one percent of the time. The trim on the siding is blowing off piece by piece. The closet door fell on me the other day, the screws weren't tightened when they put them in I guess, because I had to tighted the other doors too.
