Told many many lies so that we'd sign up with them and when it came time to connect everything changed. They couldn't come when they said they would, the guy only did half of what he was supposed to. Our phone wasn't hooked in and the cable wasn't completely hooked in. My husband had to finish the job. Unfortunately they're the ONLY cable/internet/phone provider in our area so we have no choice but to use them...
