PUROCLEAN

This company responded  quickly after I called into the call center as it was the weekend.  I was expecting to pay extra for overtime but they did not over charge me.  They came that day and I was very happy with their work.  I would definitely hire this company again.

We called PuroClean to clean up when a pipe burst and saturated the carpet of our basement level bedroom. They responded very promptly: we called in the late evening, and they came early the next morning. They were courteous and professional, and did a good job of explaining what they were doing to their concerned customers. They were patient and accommodating when our need for further correspondence with our insurance company delayed some of their work. They continued to be very responsive throughout the cleanup process, which required several return visits. Their price felt high, but at the same time I'm guessing that it's expensive for them to provide the kind of availability they offer for emergency response. I highly recommend them.
