We've used Clean Sweep for window washing for several years, and they always do a terrific job. They show up on time and leave the windows sparkling. They're careful not to damage any of our flowers or bushes. As an added bonus, they're always super friendly!

The sofa and easy chair turned out beautifully--they look just as they did when they were new.  For the family room, Doug explained to me that that degree of urine spotting was beyond industry standards for what was feasible to treat.  He said that he could treat the carpet, but he felt that the odor would return because the areas showing pet urine were so extensive, and advised that my best course would be to rip out the carpet pad and maybe the carpeting.  I thought that this was extremely ethical and honest.  Doug spent a lot of his time determining the condition of the carpet, with no charge for his time, then gave up a carpet-cleaning fee because he felt that what was possible with the carpet would not be worth the money it would cost me.  I am sure that many larger commercial cleaners would have simply done the job, collected the money, and not worried about the lasting effectiveness of the cleaning.  I really appreciated Doug's sense of fairness.
