They came to our house for a discussion of the job and listened very carefully to what we wanted and accommodated our needs. Three weeks later, they cam and installed the flooring. They were very kind and courteous and listened to what we wanted to have done. When a small error was made, it was fixed immediately at no charge. The entire process went very, very smoothly and we are extremely happy with the quality work and attentiveness of the two.We would definitely hire them again!!

I would not recommend Mr. Kline's services to anyone. He's a mediocre installer, but that's not the real problem. The issue is that he is an ill-tempered and irascible person who cannot deal with normal customers. If you point any problem or mistake (and he makes his share of them), no matter how polite you are, he'll get angry and become very unpleasant. This reaches the point that it is his wife, who is quite nice and kind, who has to do all the talking for him. If you want to avoid unnecessary aggravations, stay away from Mr. Kline.
