+ -1 moreTerrible. The man talked me into buying an off-brand name mattress and it turned out to be the worst purcase I have ever made. I would have expected a mattress to last around 10 years, not 1 1/2.
Description of Work: I purchased a mattress set in 2010. Within a year later, I noticed the poor quality of it. I called the owner to get information on the warranty/guarantee. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, he said there was nothing he had to do. I called an additional time. He said he would send his guys to my home to look at the mattress. They said they could visibly tell the mattress was sagging and lumpy. I spoke again with the owner and again he said he would do nothing. He said that it was normal body compressions, that the heavier the person, the more the compression.
