MIRABELLA WINDOW & DOOR/Clear Choice Windows Pgh

At first it went great bought 4 doors and six windows from him his response time and punctuality where spot on. Keeped having problems with one of the sliding glass doors he never did get that fixed after repeated callings. But i tried him again on the service upgrade for my house being he is also a general contractor as well and the job is not well done exposed wiring left outlet boxes left open etc. I almost had him do another project at the same time as the electrical work and we couldn't match our price point so he calls his guys working in the house and left. I will never hire Mirabella ever again for any work at all. It took almost a month for them just to get the new service box in.

I was satisfied with it. My windows are in nice shape, but I paid for what I got.

I have had 2 different experiences, not because of the quality of the
windows or the price but because he used different installers for the
two different jobs. The installers he had on the first job were
fantastic. They worked fast and their work was impeccable. The second
time was not as good of an experience. I had to call Charlie several
weeks after the job was completed because there were issues stemming
from the installation, primarily the caulking and trim work. They were
quick to respond to the problems and were apologetic, but it was
frustrating and time consuming to have paid over $2500 to have first
class windows installed by amateurs. Mirabella made it right but

They were very thorough and reliable. The contractor showed up on time and did the work well. The price isn't cheap, but that's what windows cost, plus it was some what competitive. They did everything they said they would do and I haven't had any trouble at all.

Their price was a little hugh, but it was worth it. Their work was first class. The contractors were great!

Mr. Mirabella was fast, friendly, and a real pleasure to work with, in addition to providing me with bargain prices. He returned calls within 24 hours (if not the same day), scheduled an estimate quite promptly, gave me a timetable from which he departed by only three days (waiting for factory-ordered windows to be shipped), and had an excellent crew in and out quickly and efficiently. One of the windows had a 1 inch crack in the upper-right-hand corner which I noticed a full week after installation; he replaced it for free.
