One time a few years back I was watching TV about 11. My thermostat reflected that the furnace was running, but the register vent was blowing out cold air. I called them and Susick came out at 12 o'clock at night. He discovered that the heat exchanger was broken in my furnace. He took some metallic duct tape to cover it as best he could in a very confined area. This repair allowed me to get some heat. He called to let me know he would have the new part right after the holiday. He came out to put the new part in, which was under warranty, not charging a penny. He has also came out to check on my system when I thought something might be wrong with it.
