Double D Disposal LLC

We have had DD disposal since they took over our garbage man?s business several years ago. My husband has a habit of paying bills the same day they come, so we were surprised when we got a note to call them. The owner said we owed him for Aug and Sept. But we had cancelled checks for both months. He said to send them, and we did. We also paid a bill that just came two days ago. Well, our garbage wasn?t picked up this week, and after a heated phone call we cxld DD. My husband is a veteran too. We are seniors on a fixed income and existing customers that had a perfect record for paying on time? this was their error!! And when I pointed all that out to the owner.. he said it would take a while for the ? proof? to get to Beech Creek, why didn?t we use a phone , and going on faith doesn?t pay the bills? So I guess he wanted us to pay him twice? CUSTOMER BEWARE! This veteran sure knows how to screw seniors. How?s that for using a phone Mr Hummer !?

I was charged a $25nonrefundable new customer rate and $20 in advance for garbage pick up. Two weeks later, 4 texts and 3 or 4 phone calls later, still no garbage picked up. I even gave my address twice to make sure that wasn?t the issue.. canceled three weeks ago and received absolutely no credit. Now they want to claim that I can?t get the new customer rate of $25 refunded, but they didn?t even give me service as a new customer. They broke the contract . We got absolutely no service! I asked at that time for a refund and never got anything back and it?s been a month. They will refund the $20 now, but it took all of this to get even that back. Just beware. Taking this to the local authorities.
