Recently transferred my mother into an assisted living facility and needed to get her home ready for sale in a short period of time.  Within a day or two of our walk-through, Mr. Kevin Cook prepared a detailed estimate and was ready to go right away.  He and his crew painted the entire house (walls and ceilings - to include a semi-finished basement), made some masonry repairs, fixed the lighting in the basement ceiling, power washed the house, trimmed a few trees, and removed a huge wasp nest on the roof.  Kevin arranged for the carpets to be cleaned and he took the initiative to correct some things that would have not passed a home inspection....saving me a lot of time and inconvenience.  After our estate sale, he and his crew removed everything remaining in the house and disposed of it.  It was a load off my mind being able to give the keys to Kevin and within a few weeks' time we had a house that was clean, freshly painted, and move-in ready.....and for a cost that was within the original estimate.  Kevin and his crew are very professional; customer service and quality workmanship are clearly their highest priorities!  If you need a reliable general contractor who can take care of just about anything - at a fair price - I highly recommend Kevin and his team.
