Description of Work: We called for an estimate to have a tree stump removed. We spoke to the man in charge, he said he was in the area and would stop in 10-15 minutes for the estimate. He never showed up, never called- and yes he had our name and number. We tried twice to call back with no answer or return call. Never heard another peep from them- they lost out business that day and any future buisness they could have had.
