I brought my pc in to get it fixed. They told me that the problem was the drive. I paid them 53$ for that information. I bought a brand new drive for 150$ and it wasn’t even the problem. They did not even check if it was actually the problem they just said what they thought it was after the pc sat there for two days and sent me on my way

Having recently moved to town, we had no computer service company to support our home network system which also connected me to work. Shortly after setting up our computer systems we experienced inconsistencies and outages. I called Aerial in the morning, spoke with their tech support staff to explain the problems. He asked a few basic questions, and set up an appointment for service the same day. Once he reviewed the connectivity between the routers, multiple computers, tablets, etc. he determined the cause and quickly fixed the problem. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and patient, with a great easy going nature.
I highly recommend Aerial Communications, they provide excellent service regardless of the complexity of the issue. Their prompt service is a key feature as I rely on my systems to work from home. Their knowledge of a wide range of computer systems is impressive, from home/business networks, to security set up. I am very pleased such a reliable, professional company is only a phone call away!
