Mr. DiGuiseppe removed all three old roofs and replaced them. After replacement, all three roofs leaked. He then repaired the leaks on the 2 rear roofs. However, it was then necessary for me to repaint the kitchen ceiling (which I had just done) because of the leaking damage. The front bay roof had not leaked prior to Mr. DiGuiseppe's replacement. I had requested that the bay roof be done at the same time only because the water did not run off toward the downspout. Rather, some of the water remained on the roof until it evaporated. I had asked that the roof be sloped toward the downspout. Mr. DiGuiseppe simply raised the entire bay roof but did not slope it so that the water continued to lay on the roof just as before. However, since he replaced it, it now began to leak. When told about it, he came to repair the leak, but in fact the leakage continued. Other roofers looked at the bay roof and said that the continual leakage was causing structural damage and that the entire bay roof should be removed and possibly beams replaced. Aftrer several telephone calls and a letter to Mr. DiGuiseppe, he reappeared on April 7, 2005. He said if he were to replace the roof he would have to charge me as the warranty "is almost up because it is a 10 year warranty." Therefore, the warranty had not as yet expired, and I had been told originally that it was a 25 year warranty and not a 10 year warranty. Other roofers have attempted to repair the roof with paatch jobs, but the problem persists. Also there is ceiling damage in the bedroom under the bay roof. I wrote Mr. DiGuiseppe another letter on August 19, 2009, explaining the problem and asked that he contact me. I have had no response to this date.
Description of Work: Two small rear roofs and one small bay roof replaced on house. Roofer stated it was a rubberized roof, and receipt states "EPDM roof" and was to have a 25 year to lifetime warranty. Another roofer has since told me it is not a rubberized roof; but rather it is a galvanized roof.
