It went splendid. We had hired home depot in the past and that was such a hassell. To home depot to pick out the carpet--arrange outside company to come and measure-- then back to the store to purchase then once again to arrange outside company to install--vinyl--hardwood--carpet different installers. Went to Schaeffers--they would even come to you--picked out the carpet, vinyl and hardwood and they did the rest...NO HASSELL. Our Schaeffer experience was one of the best in our home renovation. We are very pleased with the final product. We only had a picture of the tile from our adjoining room when we picked out the tile for our kitchen in your showroom; however your salesman helped us pick out the perfect match.

we have an irregularly shaped area including the kitchen, walk in closet and powder room. Shaeffer's installed the flooring so well, that even a year later, it's impossible to tell where any seams are placed. The job was very professional and we are very pleased with the results. We will definitely use them again when we need flooring.
