Later he was joined by his sons Dale and Dallas and son-in-law and daughter Ronald and Duane Riegner. The Fronheiser family does not believe in forgetting a customer after the sale. The name is Passmore Service Center, and they take the service end of the business very seriously. They have trained personnel to repair and maintain the products they sell.
