I will assist you in finding your next home and or investment property, assist you in pricing and staging., do all of the negotiating on your behalf, do all of the research on the property, escrow your handmoney, hold Open Houses, keep you on track with all deadlines. As a Sellers Agent I do all of the above plus market your home, prepare all of the paperwork to submit your offer, schedule your inspections
