 + -1 moreThe seller had waxed every single floor in the house right before closing time. He waxed over dirt. I called Judy Cleary for some help on the matter and all I received was excuses. The cost to redo the hardwood floors is going to be approximately $4500.00.
Description of Work: We bought a new house in Beaver, PA. The overall experience with the paperwork was OK. What my wife and I are really unhappy with is the fact that once we took over the ownership of the we never heard from both agents. The seller left the house very dirty/filthy.
