He put in 3 steps instead of 4 and I told him that wasn't what we agreed on. I told him my concerns and he redid them at no charge for me. He was very apologetic and it was a very easy situation to deal with. He did it right away as well. My neighbors comment how nice it looks. It just looks very nice. He gave me an extra step and that made all the difference. If I needed cement work done I would definitely call him.
Description of Work: I had concrete steps that needed to be removed and replaced on my old house. I had a step that was so deep that my mother couldn't get up them. He also poured a slab of concrete coming from my garage. The steps on my new home, I had him redo as well. I told him that I didn't want much height on the steps because I didn't want them too deep. He gave me his professional opinion that he would have to uproot the sidewalk because of hte way that it curved and I didn't want to do that. I made a choice to not do that.
