outdoor lighting
 + -1 moreLights did not work. Called several times but no return calls. Finally he came to the house. Thought he was fixing the problem but he took the three lights and hasn't returned. I thought he was a nice honest guy but it turns out I've been scammed.
Description of Work: Added 3 lights to our current landscape lights.

 + -1 moreTom was paid the day he came to work unfortunately. Upon realizing that evening that we did not receive what was expected we called him. We have since called several times and left several emails. He has not responded to any attempts to reach him.
Description of Work: Lighting upgrade to front yard. wanted LED lights installed to light up front of the house. Tom installed four non LED well lights under four trees. He installed LED lamps instead of changing the lighting in the fixtures as requested. He only changed some of the bulbs, not all of them. he took some of the fixtures with him and did not replace all that was expected.
