He looked at the job and knew exactly what he needed to complete the job. He came back 2 days later and installed the softener without any problems at all. I was impressed. Very professional.

I called and spoke to Wayne at approximately 8:15-9:30.  By 10:30, Wayne had arrived and before 11, he had not only opened the door that was locked, but fixed each of the keys to fit the lock properly!  He was pleasant, prompt and professional, and I would definitely use them again.

My appointment with the locksmith was scheduled for 2:00pm. Wayne arrived early introduced himself, accessed the job, reaffirmed the quote given to me over the phone and went right to work. He worked efficiently and was very courteous. He also rekeyed three additional doors which I didn't initially ask for. The price was so fair I could not justify not having them done as well. I am very pleased with Wayne's work and would definitely use this business again and refer my friends.

I called several Locksmith companies out of the phone book. One of which called me back and told me that if it wasn't a major emergency then they couldn't help me today because one tech was sleeping and the man I was talking with was to busy today to help me. I remembered the great response I received the first time I used Angies List. I looked up locksmith on Angies list and made the phone call. They were here within 30 minutes and had the door unlocked in 10. Great Company! Great Response!

Our old hot water heater was purchased from Fischer Hardware in 2002. It was about to die, and I contacted Fischer about a replacement. They had kept the old records from two homeowners ago, and were able to quickly replace the water heater with an updated version of the same model, which they had in stock. Wayne, the plumber who installed the heater, did a very good job, and seemed very professional and competent. As a new homeowner, I was nervous about such a big purchase. However, it was reassuring to know that the people at Fischer were already familiar with our home, and that our old water heater (purchased from Fischer) had been a good one. I did do some research online about hot water heaters, so I had a good idea about the brand I wanted. After it was installed, I found out that a friend had just replaced her water heater with a heater from Lowes (not sure which model) and had paid the same price for the heater and installation that I had (minus the extra cost of our new pipes and valves of course). So I feel like I got a good price, plus good service.
