College Works Painting

Kathryn was always nice and respectful but every time she said that she would come with her team she would not show up. I would have to call her to find out why. When they finally did come to paint they did a descent job but there were areas that were not painted very well. When she asked me if we were happy (by texting me) I sent her pictures of the the areas thinking she would come back to fix them but I never heard a word from her. I have asked her twice now for a receipt and still have yet to receive it. When I first met with her she asked me what do we want in a contractor I told her someone who is punctual and comes when they say they are coming and someone who finishes the job well. Neither one of those expectations were met. I would not recommend using them.

These people came without ladders. They were hanging off the gutters and everything. It was crazy. They did use my ladders. Price was ok. They didn't finished the work. Its starting to peel already. We had to pressure them to almost finished up. When they left I still found stuff that they didn't have done. I didn't want them near the place. They hire college kids to become project managers. They go door to door. They walk around and sell services door to door. Once you sign on, they bring the crew of college kids out. Which would be ok, but they do not have anyone to supervise them.
