+ -1 moreAwful, roof leaked within first year. He would not come back for a year of pleading with him. Blamed covid so we were patient. It’s been a year since he was back a couple times. Each time he tried to fix it, it got worse. Now he will not give us his ins or return our calls. Working with the PA AG’s office now. Avoid at all costs, the worst experience of my 50 year home ownership life.
