I would caution anyone who is considering this company to avoid using them. Bob promised work, had excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't complete the work, and did a half-a$$ job. I had to hire another company to come clean up after them. The job was to remove cellulous and spray foam in an open attic. Contract was signed in November, 2022 and he did not show up until January, 2023. He started removing the cellulous and did not finish. Two weeks later when I said I had cleaners coming to clean up after their mess, he finally returned and did a horrible job with spraying. Some parts of the attic weren't even touched, and there was cellulous all over the attic. When I texted him to return and finish, he promised to do so. It is now August and he never showed, with a litany of excuses. I hired another company to clean up and finalize the foam insulation. They said they have never seen a job done so poorly. Do not use American Insulation Services!

This team had good communication, they installed two access panels instead of leaving a hole in the drywall, and cleaned up when they were done. They KINDLY let me know that it might not be a good idea for me to work on a painting project while they worked due to dust getting in my paint. I was grateful for the heads up and the way it was handled.

The whole experience was great-- professional and timely. Would hire in a heart beat the next time we need this type of service.

Bob did an excellent job and he left my home spotless. I know my neighbors are experiencing the same problems and I’m referring Bob to them.

Rob, was great from start to finish. His workers are friendly and personable. I had 35 bags of cellulose insulation put in my attic and he did spray foam around my foundation to house transition. It looks amazing. He was able to fit me in with all his other customers which I truly appreciated with a 1903 house it was very drafty. Thank you!!

Bob came out in December and installed insulation in our attic. He did not finish and was to come back. We called and texted him several times and do not get a response. I would not recommend this company.

Very accommodating and pleasant; arrived as promised and did the work as promised. Will recommend to my coworkers who live up in his area.

1. Bob was overly persistent in getting me to sign the contract and the first down payment . I asked him to schedule another day so my boyfriend can look at the contract He stated aggressively “that he was on his way already and going to back out “. 2. He didn’t show up the first time he was supposed to but he did take a 100.00 off for the inconvenience. 3. As he was doing the work I heard him say to his assistant that he had open cell foam . I stayed that I ordered closed cell foam . Bob told me the open cell foam was from another job , so I’m not convinced he used the right cell foam. 4. I was charged for work he did not do in the original contract. He was supposed to take the porch paneling down and then spray the foam in the porch area they did not take the paneling down instead they made a hole on two areas of the porch wall to insert the foam . He did not take any money off the bill for that labor he did not do. 5. I texted Bob and called his phone on 1/17/23 to see why he didn’t show up that day like he said he would to come and check why I was not feeling any difference in the upstairs area since he insulated it . 6. He also was supposed to send someone that Saturday to clean up there mess and no one showed up. 7. They left a metal pipe sticking up in my front yard.

Nice people and did great job

On 11-29-22 my son contacted Mr. Pander to pay the remainder of the bill as a Christmas surprise for me. The work was to be completed that week. Mr. Pander requested that my son send $2,800.00. (Which he erroneously said was the balance due) so, my son was overcharged $340.00. Eventually they did show up and do half of the job, the blown in insulation but not the foam. He repeatedly was a no show and would not answer his phone or text messages. He has since refunded the $340.00 overcharge to my son. He was scheduled to show up on 1-2-23 to complete the work and again was a no show probably because he had been paid in full. He ignored 4 phone calls and 2 texts. The work was to be completed in November. He did not show up for dozens of appointments and could not be reached. Update: After involving the local District Attorney and the police department with the threat of charging him with “Grand Larceny “ and “Theft by Deception “ Mr. Pander did show up and complete the job on 1-6-23. We have since talked and he has profusely apologized to me and has offered (in writing) to refund me $500.00 for my trouble to be received by 1-13-23. NO, I have never received it. I am considering further legal action against Mr. Pander and have been contacted through YELP by two other victims. (Check the reviews yourself but read the write ups) DO NOT recommend this company and do your best to educate hard working people on the predatory practices of this guy and his business.

Mr. Pander and his employees were extremely professional. They arrived on time and got right to work and had the job done quickly. I would highly recommend American Insulation.

Rob presented me with an estimate and explained in detail everything that would be done and the procedures involved. On the designated day he returned with his crew and proceeded to complete the job expeditiously. The were proficient, clean, courteous and professional. I have noticed my HVAC unit is not working as much to maintain the inside temperature. Well done and highly recommended.

Everything went great. They showed up on time, worked neatly and my house was cleaner when they left than before they got there. The price was excellent for the amount of work they did. I would highly recommend them.

Bob (Mr. Pander)  called the night before to assure a time of arrival.  He showed up exactly on time, and was very professional. He introduced me to his helper who was equally as professional.   They  wore booties on their  feet to protect my flooring.  Before they started the services, he explained everything in detail.  They  went to work straight away and wasted no time.  Once one project was complete, they  moved to the next.  He was always making sure any mess that was made was cleaned up to my satisfaction.  It took two days to complete all three services, and I could not be happier with the results.  My home is MUCH warmer now that I had the entire house insulated, and my furnace is MUCH more energy efficient
I could not explain how happy I am with what we had done.  Bob was reasonably priced, very professional and took very good care of my home.
