The company serviced our refrigerator.  It was later determined that the part installed did not fix the issue and that the refrigerator would require considerable services and parts to get it in working order. The company was very understanding and credited the price we paid for the repair to the cost of a replacement that we purchased from them.  We have used AK Nahas for all of our appliance purchases for 30 years and have never been disappointed in their products or their service. 

Provider came when they said they would.  The appointment was easy to schedule.  They fixed the problem very quickly.

Don't waste your time going to big box stores for appliances or furniture.
A. K. Nahas cannot be beat. Their prices fall well below those of the national chain stores selling  the same merchandise.
Delivery is a snap and is conducted by prompt, clean, courteous professionals, every time.

Received advice (not a sales pitch) and they have good prices.

When the guy came to look up the dryer, he said it wasn't any good and that I needed to replace so I replaced it with them.  They were wonderful.  He also told me to leave the door of the washing machine open when not in used to protect it from molds.  They were very good.  They have been fantastic on everything.

A K Nahaus - everyone was very cordial and helpful. We visited the store over the busy Memorial Day weekend, but we would never have known it by the service we received. Top notch! We had an idea of the W/D set we were looking at. The team helped answer questions and provide information, including from experience, with the different models. The delivery team was prompt, per the scheduled date & time, and very courteous. They walked me through the new systems and cleaned up everything before they left, including haul away of the old set.

They have the best prices in town. They are very nice and professional and are a pleasure to work with.

They couldn't be better. It is a family operated outfit. It's been in Beaver for a long time.  You can go to them and ask them what you want if you can't find it and they'll find it for you. If they think it's not what you want they'll explain to you what you do want. They have GE finance plans so I can buy this stuff and not pay interest. They deliver on the day they are suppose to deliver. They have moved a small twin bed and got it in an impossibly small room. They were outstanding.

They are absolutely brilliant. I bought a refrigerator from them and they sent a workman out as it was delivered.. The workman cut off the bottom part of a cabinet and leveled it. This cabinet would have made it impossible to get the refrigerator in. These people are wonderful people to deal with. Time after that was when I had furniture delivered. The furniture people can get anything in any price there. They are professional and they are excellent. You don’t get a lot of profanity or attitude. I can’t say enough about Nahas. They did not charge anything above than the cost of refrigerator. Ever since I moved into Beaver I have bought things from Nahas. The nice thing is that you can do like six months or twelve months same as cash so don’t have the interest to pay. I bought my stove from them; I had them deliver 2 mattresses and springs. When my daughter was here they took away all old things and put up the new things. They are just fantastic people. This weekend my daughter is moving into an apartment so we going to go down to Nahas and buy at least another mattress set again and have it delivered to her place.

Salespro Tom did an excellent job explaining all of the different Dishwasher pro/con and personal experience, their shop repair experience etc. The quiet promise of the selections tilted the scale to the KitchenAide, and some other features my wife liked. Paul (installer)and his helper turned up on time and went right to work. About an hour later Paul asked me to review the installation and went over the controls,explained and demonstrated all of the features, made recommendations of best detergents to use and suggestions for loading certain types of baked on stuff for best results. Covered the warranty and basically just did a great job!

The repairman advised me that the basket drive wasn't working properly but suggested that I could use a faster spinning speed on all washing cycles to 'hold me' for a while if I needed to delay purchasing a new machine. He gave me the cost of parts and repair services, provided the prices of a several types of new washers, and advised me that the 'rule of thumb' was to purchase a new machine if the cost of the repair was 50 percent or greater of a replacement machine. He also gave me the pros and cons of top load and front load machines. When I told him that I would be purchasing the new machine at Nahas, he gave me a discount on the repair service charge so that I could apply that savings to the purchase. I've used Nahas in the past for repairs and purchases and have never been disappointed as they are fair, reasonable, and responsive.

A few weeks ago our 3-year-old dishwasher stopped mid-cycle. I checked the list and cross-referenced Bosch's web site for authorized service providers since at least some parts of the machine were still under warranty and from what I had read the Bosch dishwashers can be tricky for repair. Called A.K. Nahas mainly because they were the closest authorized service center. We had not purchased the machine from this dealer. On first call had to leave a message for the service department, but the call was returned a few hours later. We mutually agreed to delay the repair until after the holidays because we were going to be away most of that time. On the appointed day, Don called us a couple hours before arriving to give us an update of where we were in his schedule. Upon arrival he went right to work and had the machine operating in about 15 or 20 minutes. He apparently knew enough to suspect the control board even before seeing it because he brought the part inside with him upon arrival. The part was covered under warranty with no hassle. The labor was not covered under warranty at this stage, but a standard service call fee of $70 covered everything. Don can be a little chatty but clearly knows his appliances, and we would wholeheartedly recommend A.K. Nahas based on this experience.

Excellent work and very personable. He arrived at my home right away and had the correct part. There was no waiting. Replaced the knob and have had no trouble with it. I would definitely recommend.

THE STAFF WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL BECAUSE I WAS UNSURE OF EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. THEY SPENT PLENTY OF TIME EXPLAINING DIFFERENCES IN PRODUCTS. DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AND DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR PRODUCT.

SALESPERSON WAS VERY INFORMED ABOUT THE PRODUCT. INSTALLATION WAS WELL DONE AND OLD APPLIANCES WERE TAKEN AWAY WITHOUT CHARGE.

THE REP FROM NAHAS MADE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS TO ACCOMMODATE OUR WORK SCHEDULES. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
