appliance repair
+ -1 moreThe experience was great. My washer was fixed, he spent about an hour sealing and patching the tub. The tear was in a very difficult position to patch, he was quick, reasonable and very reliable. He even followed-up with me to make sure everything was working fine.
Description of Work: Had a horrible leak from my clothes washer. Water all over the basement. I called Waldorf Appliances to fix my GE washer, (had a horrible experience with the GE repair man about 2 yrs ago) anyway, "Don" came out within a few hours, due to a cancellation in his schedule, and found that there was a huge tear in the tub of the washer. Don patched the leak and I am now leak free. Don under his present circumstance was prompt, polite and very professional.
