"While every client is entitled to their opinion. As the owner of this company, I'm telling potential customers this review should be taken with a grain of salt. This customer had been on our route since 2012. NEVER in those five seasons was there EVER a mention of an issue with our service or my so called "anger issues". In fact, we have numerous text messages stating quite the opposite. Customer was very happy with service or how great the lawn looked after we cut. This entire review is based solely on one phone conversation from this past spring (2017). While I could get into an Internet battle, it is not worth my time. This review is from a disgruntled gentlemen who felt it was necessary to hurl insults at me when service in his area was cancelled. He said very nasty, unnecessary comments. So yes, I defended myself which any individual would have done if placed in a similar situation."
