I was very fortunate that the timing was close to perfect. I had ordered the cabinets and shower stall ahead of time, so they were delivered right after the contractors installed the kitchen and bath flooring and had painted the kitchen and bath. They were very good about leaving the building hallways clean and neat each evening. They were very pleasant to work with and I will definitely use them on another apartment renovation.

We are extremely happy with the whole experience with McDanel Painting. After I called in with a request for an estimate, the owner - Rich McDanel called back within a couple of hours and scheduled an appointment the next day. Even though he was running a bit late, Rich called me to let me know, so it was not a problem. There was a slight problem with receiving an email with the estimate (a mistake in an email address) and I had to call Rich, who answered my call on the week-end, provided the number and they were able to start the following Monday. The work was estimated for 4 days, yet Rich's amazing crew got it done in 3, leaving the job site neat and clean and doing a wonderful job with both patching and painting, the house look great. I will not hesitate to recommend McDanel Painting to anyone -they are indeed a rare breed - the top notch professionals. As a matter of fact, they are working on an estimate for me for some exterior painting now.

They came out with five workers to get the job in one day. They didn't do a very good job they left glue on woodwork, and one of the receptacle's stopped working due to them working so roughly. We can't get them to come back out to paint and finish the work we agreed upon. The front office women says she refuses to schedule them to come back out to my home and gives no explanation.

My fiancee and I bought a new home. It was a last minute job, but they fit us in before we moved in. The crew removed stubborn wallpaper from the previous owners in a few areas and we had them to paint. The removal of wallpaper in 4 areas of the house took them about 3 days, which I was impressed, and painting was about 2. So overall the whole job took a week.
The paint was picked up by the foreman and all we had to do is tell them what color we wanted and where to paint. So that was a convenience. When painting was done, there were a few spots that didn't dry right so I had to call Rich back and have him come out a few times which he did without hesitation. That also was nice not to have to argue to have a job completed correctly.
So overall we were happy with the service and how prompt it was completed. I give them all a "job well done!!"
