House Renovations

He ruined the product that I bought for him to install. I asked him to remove the old square tiles before laying the new flooring, but he just laid the new linoleum on top and didn't glue it down. The way he cut the linoleum also leaves big gaps near the counters. He cut the laminate flooring incorrectly and right in the middle of the floor he pulled up the top portion of the laminate flooring where the pieces interlock. He wouldn’t accept checks, he would only take cash. Any time that I tried to ask him questions or talk about his work he would yell at me. He scared me and intimidated me. I shouldn’t have given him the money but I wanted him to leave me alone. He also goes under the name House Renovations as well and advertises in the Beaver County Times. He will not return my calls and tells me that he will be there to fix something and then never shows up. I think that he also stole laminate flooring and electrical wire from me.
